The Blind Information Technology Specialists (BITS) invites you to become a member. Our membership is open to those who are interested in computer technology to enhance their personal and professional lives. Also, if you are interested in joining BITS to assist in advancing its goals and objectives, BITS cordially invites you to join.
As a member of BITS, you are also a member of the national organization of the American Council of the Blind.
Our mission is to promote equal accessibility for visually impaired persons to all facets of information and computer technology.
BITS sponsors an Email list, a chat room, a quarterly newsletter called "Bytes From BITS," has an outstanding technical program at the ACB national convention, and assists individuals with the purchase of assistive technology and scholarships.

Annual membership dues for July 1 through June 30:
$20 Full membership with all privileges.
$15 Full membership for one holding life membership in ACB
$10 Student member
$25 Corporate member
NOTE: Dues paid after May 1 entitle one to membership through June 30 of the next year.
