BITS has generously been given a room at for-the-people for our weekly chat. To enter this chat, follow the link below to the for-the-people page. On this page, choose the link to "Join" if you haven't signed up for a username and password.
For those joining for the first time, allow 24 to 48 hours for a response/confirmation of your joining "For-the-People" that will be sent to you via e-mail. Then you will be allowed entry to all of the available chat rooms.
If you already have a username and password, click on the "Chat Room Login".
As long as the handle is not vulgger and not offensive to others, For-the-people has a policy of not restricting handles used. However, this being said, I believe we would avoid a lot of confusion if everybody in BITS would simply use their real first names as their handles. Thank you in advance for following this small rule.
After you have been allowed to enter the system, when you go to the link for BITS, a small plug-in will get automatically downloaded to your computer and you need to accept the license agreement for the plug-in to complete its installation.
